Felipe Fabrin is CFO of Berry Consultoria, where he combines strategic vision and operational excellence from the company's earliest days. Born in São Mateus do Sul and trained in Business Administration at UNIUV, he began his journey as a consultant inspired by a college article — a milestone that led him to a career of impact in entrepreneurship.

As co-founder of Berry, Felipe followed every stage of the company's growth, from the first steps of the business to the franchise model that today has more than 100 units and 300 professionals involved directly or indirectly.
