Rafael Buss holds a degree in Business Administration from PUCPR and serves as Head of Sales at Berry Consultoria. Passionate about performance — in business and sports — he lived in Australia for a time, where he expanded his worldview and strengthened his entrepreneurial spirit.

At 30, he found sales to be his ideal field, where effort, strategy, and attitude make the difference. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he started in customer service and later moved into business consulting. That transition opened the opportunity to join Berry, where he now leads with strategic vision, daily execution, and commercial team management.
