Vivian Siedschlag

Vivian Siedschlag is COO of Berry Consultoria and carries in her journey the strength of overcoming challenges and leading with purpose. Of Curitiba origin and German descent, she grew up in a challenging reality but found in work the path to transform her story.

She started as a fast-food attendant, grew in multinational retail — managing local units at companies such as Walmart and Leroy Merlin — and once worked four jobs simultaneously. Vivian later led a supermarket that broke sales records in Marechal Cândido Rondon, where she met Kleber, who worked as a consultant at the store, while also pursuing a software project called Berrytech with her cousin Rodrigo Amora.

Vivian and Felipe Fabrin joined the project, but Vivian, seeing the potential of the consulting market, created an opportunity for them to act as consultants. That led to a first client, and from that client came several opportunities that shaped what Berry Consultoria is today.

With a degree in Managerial Processes from UNICESUMAR, Vivian specializes in people management, leadership, pricing, and commercial strategies. She also focuses on quality control and loss prevention, always with a human and strategic perspective. Psychology and personal development are passions that shape her leadership style.

She believes vision without people is impossible. That is why she dedicates herself to training, supporting, and empowering talent that will carry forward Berry's purpose: generating value that transcends generations. Her mission is to develop leaders, welcome with purpose, and set the example of a woman who leads with courage and consistency.
